Spring Drama- Will be holding their showcase rehearsal on Monday April 14th at 6:00 PM. Please come even if you did not come to auditions!!
April 15- WWCC Health Science Program Recruitment Fair. Discover exciting career paths in Nursing, Mortuary Science, Dental Hygiene, Radiologic Technology, and Phlebotomy! Meet local healthcare professionals, explore educational opportunities, and get your questions about transfer degrees and health science programs answered. See Ms. Helm with any questions or to get registered.
April 16- WyoTech Students will tour WyoTech to learn about its automotive and diesel mechanic programs, welding program, housing, and financial aid options.
April 17th- WWCC Lineman Program Students will learn about the Lineman Program offered at WWCC. They will meet with current students in the program and have the opportunity to climb power poles. April 25th Heavy Equipment/Civil Engineering Day Students will have the opportunity to operate heavy machinery and use other technology related to construction and engineering. WWCC Signups are in the office.
Ashlyn Anderson has been selected as Science Student of the Week. Ashlyn is a Junior in Earth and Space this year and has demonstrated the utmost excellence through her achievements and dedication in the classroom. She consistently shows up to class everyday eager to learn and with a positive attitude. Ashlyn is also a great role model to her peers and is always willing to help others. Her favorite classes are: Art & Spanish. She plans to attend UW majoring in Art or Secondary Education with an Art Endorsement. She is involved in: Rembrandt Club, sketching, and listening to music. Her advice to other students is: " Work hard and put forth your best effort........Actually try!"
Something unique: Ashlyn comes off very shy and collected, but she actually is quite talkative.
Summer break plans: Ashlyn will be vacationing in MN w/ her brother, while visiting her father. She plans on getting a summer job there and enjoying her time off.
