Football: All those interested in playing football this year, the first practice will be Monday August 19th, after school. You will need a physical and must complete the concussion testing with Mcfarland. Concussion testing will be done Thursday after school in the training room, Senior & Juniors at 4:15pm, Sophomores and Freshman at 4:30pm. For those who have not picked up their football equipment, meet coach Hastings after school today. For further information see Coach Hastings in the weight room

Cheer :The RHS Cheer team is hosting open practices after school in the wrestling room Wednesday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm and Thursday from 4:15 - 6:15 pm for anyone interested in joining for the Football season. Tryouts will be held on Friday at 2:30 pm. Anyone interested is welcome to join! The coaches look forward to seeing you!"

Key Club :There will be a Key Club Informational Meeting, this Friday, August 16,at lunchtime, in room 713. If you have questions please see Dr. Magagna. Bring your lunch and come see what our plans are for this year.
